Бокс-сет The Virgin Years: 1977-1983 немецкой группы Tangerine Dream на 5 СD, вышедший в 2012 году. В это издание вошел весь материал с альбомов: Encore (1977), Force Majeure (1979), Tangram (1980), Exit (1981), White Eagle (1982), Logos Live (1982) и Hyperborea (1983). Концертник Encore был составлен из записей, сделанных во время американского тура 1977 года. Force Majeure добрался до 26-го места британских чартов, а также стал одним из самых продаваемых релизов группы. Основой "живого" альбома Logos Live стала запись лондонского концерта 31 октября 1982 года. Диск Hyperborea стал последним, записанным группой для лейбла Virgin. Среди бонус-треков - материал с синглов.

Группа Tangerine Dream образовалась в Западном Берлине в 1967 году. Первый альбом коллектива Electronic Meditation вышел в 1969 году. В 1974 был выпущен первый диск для лейбла Virgin, середина 70-х оказалась очень успешным временем для коллектива, их пластинки стабильно попадали в британский Top40. В 80-е годы коллектив активно работал над музыкой для кино.
